Michael Cayen has been a Financial Advisor for 28 years. His focus is helping his clients reach their financial goals and preparing them for retirement, as well as continuing to guide them through their retirement years. He truly enjoys getting to know each of is clients and their families.
Michael graduated from Michigan State University, then shortly after, moved to Hawaii and lived there for three years. During this time, Michael embraced the spirit of Ohana - We Are All Family. Michael credits his work ethic, integrity, and family-first mentality to his parents. Michael is married to his wife Kristen and has two daughters, Morgan and Taylor. In his off time, he likes to spend time with his family, golf, and play tennis.

Melissa Hayes

Melissa has 18 years of knowledge and industry experience. With Ohana since the beginning, she has developed a great understanding of the firm's mission and objectives to provide excellent client service. She oversees daily operations, logistics, and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our team.
Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling to Saugatuck, Michigan, going to Tiger baseball games, and spending time with her valued family and friends. She is married to her husband David of 20 years and has a son, Owen, who is in college working towards his degree.

Kasey has been in the financial services industry for 24 years. Helping his clients identify their financial needs and implementing a proactive financial plan to achieve their goals is his top priority.
Mr. George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University. He is also a Certified Retirement Counselor®, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, an Investment Adviser Representative, and currently holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations, and Life and Health Insurance licenses.
Kasey lives in Shelby Twp with his wife Leanne and their daughter Audrey. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling to his cottage in northern Michigan, boating, golfing, going to concerts, and spending time with his daughter.

Allan started his career in financial services at Merrill Lynch in 2015 as a financial advisor where he developed and managed stock and options strategies. His desire to work more directly with individuals transitioned him to start his own financial planning practice, which led him to managing 403(b) and 457 Plans throughout the State of Michigan. Allan holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University, as well as his Series 7, Series 66, and life and health insurance license.
Allan understands the triumphs and challenges educators face daily as his wife, Kaitlyn, is a teacher in the Troy School District. He and his wife have three children, Emma, Joey, and J.J. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling to northern Michigan with his family, as well as golfing and catching the occasional Detroit sports game. He is a trustee of the Troy Foundation for Educational Excellence.
Lucas Hines

Lucas joined Ohana as a client service associate in 2025. He is dedicated to creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all clients. He graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin, with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Management. At Carthage, Lucas was a four-year member of the baseball team. He is currently studying for licensing exams while continuing to learn and grow within the financial industry.
Lucas lives in Lake Orion and enjoys golfing, working out, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

Paul Dickinson

Paul Dickinson began his career in finance with Edward Jones in 2012 after spending 5 years working in education as a math teacher and coach. As a former educator, Paul loves teaching and helping others plan for their future and educating them on the importance of starting early and putting a plan in place no matter what stage of life they are in.
Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, as well as a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Elementary Education with a major in Math. Mr. Dickinson holds both a Series 7 and 66 securities license, as well as life and health insurance licenses.
Paul lives in Muskegon with his wife Stephanie and son Collin. They strongly feel that family is the most important thing and enjoy spending time together playing games, playing with their pets, or just hanging out watching TV. In his spare time, Paul enjoys staying active, playing basketball, hunting and fishing, and all things outdoors.
